Service Description
3-Week Online Series · 6 Hours Total · $135 “Amanthus brings kindness, humility, dynamic creativity, responsiveness, and so much knowledge about the neurodivergent mind, and the nervous system into her practice of teaching and working with children and their parents.” —Anna Gray & Ryan Paulsen Parenting isn’t about having all the answers; it’s about learning to lead with curiosity. When we approach challenging behaviors with compassion and understanding, we create stronger, more connected relationships with our kids. This three-week online course offers a total of six hours of support and learning designed to help you decode challenging behaviors and understand the needs beneath them. Parenting can be hard. I’ll speak to the messy parts of parenting and explore how to sit with frustrations and big feelings for both you and your child. It starts with regulation, and I have a toolbox to pull from to support the needs under behaviors. We will explore how to create boundaries, a safety fence for your child, all the while not engaging in power struggles. This includes parenting a child with protective responses around autonomy. You're not alone in figuring this stuff out. Using research-backed strategies and a playful, relationship-based approach, you’ll gain the tools you need to navigate conflict and nurture emotional growth.
